What data we process and why

Contact form. Your name, email, organisation (if you give it) and message, only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request and the pre-contractual steps you ask for (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Form security. To stop automated submissions, when a message arrives we check the connecting IP address (for example, whether it is a Tor exit node). We do not store it with the message. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Visit statistics. We count visits with Umami, a cookie-free analytics tool that we host ourselves: it stores nothing in your browser, creates no persistent identifier, and we only see aggregate figures (page views, country, device type).

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) temporarily logs technical data about each request, such as the IP address, to keep the website running and protect it.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, which is why there is no consent banner. Fonts and images are served from this website, with no third-party services.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and at most one year after the last contact, unless we start a business relationship; in that case, for as long as the law requires (for example, tax obligations).

Who can see it

We do not share your data with anyone. We use these providers, which process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Resend (delivering the form message to our inbox). Both are US companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which covers the international transfer.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to enric@enantena.net. If you think we have not handled it correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
